Le château de Rustrel est situé au cœur du village perché de Rustrel, dans le Luberon. Ce château est un château du secteur nord Luberon - monts de Vaucluse.

Le château du village de Rustrel date du XVIe siècle, mais à connu diverses modifications. L’une des dernière et l’ajout d'une quatrième tour dans l’intention de créer une maison du Patrimoine rustrélien.

Esthétiquement, le choix a été fait de dégagée les pierres (joints beurrés, couleur ocre) de ces façades. Sa façade au sud est équipée de plusieurs fenêtres Renaissance et la tour au sud-ouest est surmontée d'un campanile, un cadran d’horloge insérée dans la tour. Le toit, quant à lui, est équipé de tuiles rondes anciennes.
