On two levels, the house comprises on the garden level, a living room with fireplace, a kitchen opening on a dining area, an utility room, bedroom I with queen size bed, dressing, shower room and toilet.

ON the first floor , 3 bedrooms: bedroom II with 2 sgnle beds, bedroom III with bunk beds and bedroom IV with a large bed 140 x 190, a bathroom and toilet complete this level.

The garden, approximately 4,450 m², not closed, is nicely landscaped with typical provençal aromatic plants: olive trees, cypress trees, lavender, rosemary etc, providing shaded and lawned areas, stone walls, a well, and a variety of garden furniture (teak table and chairs, plastic loungers).
