This beautiful stone house has plenty of charm , character and consists of two independent areas while combining various living spaces both inside and outside. A lovely paved and gravelled courtyard leads to a superb covered porch set out as a summer dining room with a large table and plenty of chairs for dining in the shade, which leads, via a covered walkway, to the pool area.

The heated swimming pool (28° from mid-april to mid-october) overlooks the foothills of the Luberon and is located a little away from the house, so children can play happily while still allowing those who want some peace and calm. The discreet charm of this property will absolutely delight you!

In the main part of the property, the living space includes a living room with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms on the first floor with adjoining bathroom (one with a queen size bed and the other with a king size bed).

In the annexe, an entrance hall organised in an office/library, bedroom III with king size bed with shower room and separate toilet. On the first floor, 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and another one with two single beds which can be separated, both with shower room.

A garden of approximately 800 m2 includes a beautiful landscaped area, with laurel, cypress, olive, mulberry sycamore, rose, lavender and more local plants and bushes. There are electric gates and parking for three cars.

The 9 x 4.5 meters swimming pool* is heated by heat pump, has a level bottom of approx. 1.30m deep , entirely tilled with angled steps and is secured by an electric roller cover. The water is kept clean and purified by organic UV. The decking is in teak, and there is a large grassed area. The pool house has a toilet and wash basin adjoining an outdoor shower. There are numerous pieces of garden furniture such as teak sunbeds and wooden and canvas deck chairs. The pool areas has stunning views of the foothills of the Luberon. The covered area is paved with stone, set out as a summer dining area, with a sink and a Dancool barbecue built in the summer kitchen.
