On the outskirts of Roussilon, famous Luberon hill top village surrounded by ochre cliffs, this cozy house offers about 260 m² of living space.

The renovation done with care and refinement has preserved the authenticity of the house while providing all modern amenities.

It consists of an entrance hall, a spacious lounge / dining room, a kitchen with a pantry / laundry room, for bedrooms, a bathroom and three shower rooms, for toilets allocated as follow:

On the garden level, bedroom I with two single beds,, its shower room and toilet.

Bedroom II a queen size bed, its shower room and toilet which has access to a private terrace.

The mezzanine leads to bedroom III with a queen size bed, its bathroom and toilet, and access from the living room.

Bedroom IV is independent with a queen size bed, its shower room and toilet, there is an access to the summer terrace.

* Swimming-pools are usually « open » from May to October, and some of them can be heated with an additional charge. Outside this period, pools are closed. Nevertheless, opening and heating remain possible on special request with an extra cost.
