In Luberon, near Gordes in a superb setting, dry stones farmhouse of 350 m² to rent for a lovely summer in Luberon.

This farmhouse, full of character, is a mixture of provençal authenticity and high end contemporary design with splendid very bright spaces. A bold and highly successful blending.

On the ground level, you find an entrance hall with wardrobe, guest WC, a large living room, TV satellite ASTRA, a dining room, a relaxation lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a pantry / laundry room. On the left side of the lobby, into the night space, a bedroom (35 m²) with double bed and small sofa. En suite shower room: shower with hydrojets. Separated WC.

  
On the 1st floor, 2 double bedded bedrooms each with shower room and separated WC. Large dressing and WC. The 4th bedroom is a dormitory with slopping ceiling (25 m²) and 4 single beds, TV and DVD player, a bathroom, the 5th bedroom(35 m² and slopping ceiling) has a double bed, bathroom, separated WC, walk in wardrobe.

Outside, the property offers a small cottage around 25 m², away from the main house. It is set as a small independent apartment with a kitchenette area (fridge, sink and microwave), double bed 160 x 200 m, bathroom / WC with large shower.

The land is not fenced. It is partly landscaped and planted with Mediterranean species : olive trees, lavander, cypress, oleanders, rose bushes, boxwood. The other part is provençal scrubland with green oaks. Small car shelter.

The swimming pool*, of 11 x 4,5 meters, is enclosed by a wall in dry stones and a  a wrought iron railing with security lock and secured by an electric shutter. Around, the beach is partially lawned and paved with stones. You will appreciate a small bench with massage jets around.
