1999 to 2008 : Generation passing
The year 1999 marked a turning point with the arrival of Jean-Marc ROSIER, the youngest son of Christian-Jacques and Anne-Marie, at the agency. After studying sciences at the university of Aix-Marseille, then marketing and sales at a British university, he completed trained in real estate with a post graduate degree.
As for Jean-Christophe, the eldest son, he attended a Business school in Aix-en-Provence and then of BA in England. He had worked in the clothing industry Los Angeles for several years, before moving to New York in the exclusive business of diamonds and insurance of these “others gems”, as he referred to them. In the meantime, he also passed the New-York University real estate degree, but the tragical attacks of September 11, 2001 in the United States radically changed his future. They precipitated his return to France and joined the agency in 2002.
It was an euphoric phase for the Provence region, a trendy destination where many foreigners were eager again to come and settle. The period was once more attracting people from all over the world. Foreign customers slightly changed, coming from northern Europe, headed by the Belgians, South America and even Asia. We were then witnessing the second wave of the fame phenomenon resulting in a surge in tourism. Surfing on this trend, real estate agencies mushroomed. All over the region, new players wanted to be a part of this real estate boom.
