The house requires renovation and has three levels plus some small outbuildings. Spacious rooms, floors with old tiles in varying states of repair, stone sink, exposed beams, electricity already connected etc. To the side and to the rear, two rooms that could be used to extend the ground floor living area. A water cistern of 20 cubic metres provides water for the building.
Although there are only 500 m² of grounds, the surrounding land, which is totally impossible to build on, is either woods or scrubland. The location is quite peaceful and, although a little isolated (5 to 10 minutes by car to shops) it is perfectly suited to nature lovers, several hiking paths passing nearby.
