On the garden level, you’ll find an entrance hall, living room, a fully equiped open kitchen opening to the summer living room (with BBQ plancha), reading area and TV area. Room I aiconditionned with one bed 160 cm opening on the garden, bathroom and wc ; room II having 2 single beds (80 cm) which can be brought closer, with an adjoining shower room and wc.

On the first floor, room III , an airconfitionned master bedroom with a canopy bed (160 cm), bathroom and separate wc ; room IV with a single bed (90 cm) and a trundle bed , small office, bathroom ; room V, airconditionned, 2 beds 80 cm, dressing-room and shower room ; bedroom VI with a double bed (140 cm).

The fenced garden of around 3000 m2 is partially landscaped with olive trees, lavender, oleanders and boxwood bushes.

The swimming pool , 12 x 7 m (depth 0.80 to 2.20 m) is heated and secured with a shutter.

A big awning / covered living area, furnished as a summer dining space for 12 people and several sets of garden furnitures will offer you the peace you are looking for on a summer holiday.
