On a large estate of 24 hectares and built on the slope of a hill surrounded by olive trees, pines and oaks this house with modern architecture, combines angles and curves, tiling, cedar wood and contemporary materials.

This property consists of two separate houses connected by a long cedar trellised terrace.

On either side of this u-shape are, the main house, the guest house, and in the center is the swimming pool* (heated and fenced) surrounded by a wooden deck. The main house consists of a bright, spacious and fully equipped kitchen open to a dining area which opens onto the summer terrace.

Comfortable sofas here and there, fine linen fabrics, metal and glass furniture will make you enjoy the summer evenings.

A double bedroom opening onto a private terrace with a fantastic view and its adjoining bathroom. Nearby is a small child room with library, with window opening on the tile roof, with sibgke bed. A second bedroom with single bed (120 cm bed) with en-suite bathroom.

In the guest house located on the other side of the pool (7 x 11m), consists of a spacious living room with two sofas, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms: one with 160 cm bed and its bathroom , the second one with a bed in 180 cm (2 x 90 cm) and a private bathroom.

A 1930s style curved staircase leads to two other master bedrooms: one bedroom with a 180m (2x90cm) bed and full bathroom, the second with a 160 cm bed and bathroom.

To harmonize the entire place, the pool is located between the buildings, bordered by the trellis and lavender, it is at heart of this house with a magnificent view on the Vaucluse plateau.

A gazebo made of wood and tiles is also waiting for you to perfect your stay and to admire the turquoise waters of the swimming pool which lights up in the evening.

* Swimming-pools are usually « open » from May to October, and some of them can be heated with an additional charge. Outside this period, pools are closed. Nevertheless, opening and heating remain possible on special request with an extra cost.
