Close to the village of Gordes in a quiet and secure residential area, architect-designed stone house built in 2010 with swimming pool, pool house and awning for parking several cars.

The house is accessing via a private road that serves several residences. The entrance is either through the garden gate or under the awning for 2 cars, and opens directly onto the very large living room. The open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen on the left and the living room on the right both benefit from light that floods through the entire surface area thanks to the many windows opening onto the large south-facing terrace.

On the west side of the building, behind the TV area, is bedroom I en suite with its semi-open shower room. It also has access to the terrace via a bay window. In a corner of the living room is the guest wc, and a boiler room and utility room complete the garden level space behind the awning.

Upstairs, a vast hallway leads to four bedrooms, each with a mezzanine, and 2 shower rooms with wc. The first floor boasts high ceilings and uninterrupted views as far as the Luberon.

Outside, the large terrace, bordered by low walls, is a great place to spend convivial moments while being protected from the sun by an arbour. Further west, a large pool house with summer kitchen gives life to a second relaxation area facing the swimming pool.

The concrete pool measures 5 x 10 metres and has an electric roller shutter. It is complemented by a small waterfall on large local stones, an outdoor shower, a separate toilet and a machine room.

To the rear of the pool area is a petanque court, and there is a small garden room adjoining the house for storing a few tools or bicycles.
