Located a few minutes walk from the village of Roussillon, in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of Luberon, the property will surprise you with its location facing the cliffs of Ocher and its calm.

On the ground floor, the house consists of an entrance hall, a large living room with sofas, fireplace and TV opening onto the veranda used as a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a scullery with washing machine and dryer. A visitors toilet.

Bedroom I (a bed 180 x 200) shares with bedroom II (2 beds 90 x 200) a bathroom with 2 basins and a private lounge with TV with access to the garden.

Upstairs are the other 3 bedrooms and a lounge sitting area with access to a terrace overlooking the hills of Ocher.

Bedroom III consists of a bed in 180 x 200 and its adjoining bathroom with 2 sinks and wc.

The bedrooms IV (bed in 160 x 200) and V (bed in 180 x 200) share a shower room with 2 basins. Separate toilet.

Outside, you will enjoy the swimming pool measuring 12 x 6 m secured by an immersion alarm.
