This 250 sqm stone house, nestled in a quiet and serene area, 400 m away from the center of the village of Gordes enjoys an ideal place to relax.

The land of about 1700 sqm in terraces gives an unobstructed view of the countryside and the Alpilles.

On the ground floor, the house consists of a dining room opening onto the living room with fireplace and TV area and the kitchen equipped with a Lacanche piano. Access to two terraces, one in front of the house covered by a trellis with vine and the second shaded by an awning where is the gas BBQ.

On the same level, a guest toilet, the back kitchen, access to the garage and the Bedroom I with a queen size bed, its bathroom and toilet included.

On the firts floor, the 3 other bedrooms:

Bedroom II: a large bed 140 x 200, its bathroom and toilet included. Access to a small terrace with open views.

Bedroom III: a large bed 140 x 200.

Bedroom IV: 2 single beds 90 x 200 which can be put together.

Bedrooms III and IV share a bathroom. Wc are on the landing.

The nicely wooded and landscaped garden (olive trees, oaks, lavandins, etc) in terraces as well as its multiple places of relaxation will enable you to admire the valley on the west side, the surrounding countryside as well as the Alpilles.

The heated swimming pool* measuring 8 x 4 m is secured by an immersion alarm.

The pool house (with sink and toilet) with a large relaxing area away from the sun where you will spend pleasant moments with family or friends.

A small rest room is also available near the pool.

The house is fully air conditioned, WIFI is available and space to park three vehicles on the front of the house.

* Swimming-pools are usually « open » from May to October, and some of them can be heated with an additional charge. Outside this period, pools are closed. Nevertheless, opening and heating remain possible on special request with an extra cost.
