This property has an enormous amount of charm. The 19th century stone building sits on a lovely hill facing the Luberon and is the image of an authentic Provencal farmhouse. The surrounding land is planted with century old trees and a lavender field on more than a hectare. South facing is a lovely pool and two small ponds. A water source running into fountains add to the outdoor charm.
The living spaces (one with a vaulted brick ceiling) have spacious proportions. There is a bedroom on the ground floor and 5 others upstairs. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. All the bedrooms are of a nice size. Even though the house was built in the 19th century the rooms are particularly luminous. There is access from every ground floor room to the garden.
The layout of this house would be suitable for a family home or as a bed and breakfast.
A must see for lovers of Provence.
