The grapes are harvested by hand.
Completely renovated, the cellar is underground, cool and naturally insulated, it is located under the house of the winemaker, it has concrete tanks with a total capacity of 1 700 hl. The cellar has barrels in good condition. The harvest is sold at the cellar and for export as well as in many starred restaurants.

The house of the domain is of recent construction, it offers exceptional views on the surrounding villages, the massifs, the dentelles of Montmirail and the mont Ventoux.
