For seasonal rental in Provence, house with panoramic view on Luberon

This recent single-storey house facing the Luberon, a few meters from the village of Viens, will surprise you with its easy-going layout.

The entrance opens to a large living space, where you will find a living room and a spacious dining area opening onto a fully equipped kitchen and a scullery. A visitors toilet completes this part of the house.

On the right, Bedroom I (Master) queen size bed with ensuite shower room and dressing area.

On the left, access to the other 3 bedrooms and the laundry room:

Bedroom III: bunk beds 90 x 200, with a sofa

Bedroom II: 2 separate single beds 90 x 200

A complete bathroom with separate toilet, are to be shared between these 3 rooms.

A mezzanine arranged in resting area, TV (French channels) and games will be your space for relaxation.

The WIFI is available and the house has reversible air conditioning by the ground, except on the mezzanine.

Outside, a terrace and a shady garden on the side will allow you to enjoy the magnificent view of the Luberon.

The pool* measures 12 x 5m with a depth of 1m50 and has a beach of about 1m with 15 cm of water depth.

It is secured by an electric shutter.

A Weber BBQ charcoal is also available

* Swimming-pools are usually « open » from May to October, and some of them can be heated with an additional charge. Outside this period, pools are closed. Nevertheless, opening and heating remain possible on special request with an extra cost.
