Gordes holiday rental with pool, tennis and splendid views over the Luberon

This dry stone house in Gordes combines all the criteria for an ideal stay in Provence, close to the village (about 1 km) and in a very quiet area , with swimming pool, superb view over the Luberon, tennis and bowling alley.

Land of about 8100 sqm in terraces, fully fenced up and secured by an electric gate.

On the ground floor, you enter the house in a hall opening onto the living room with fireplace and TV, a guest toilet.

In the continuity is the dining area opening onto the fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, 4 electric burners, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, dishwasher etc ...) back kitchen with 2 complementary refrigerators, an ice machine, this room making also a laundry room.

A large terrace is accessible through the living room and the dining area.

On the left side of the house bedroom I with a king size bed, bathroom with toilet.

On the right side bedroom II with king size bed, large bay wrought iron, bathroom and private toilet and access to a small private terrace.

On the first floor are the other 3 bedrooms: Bedroom III, 2 single beds put together with a basin and toilet in the room and the bathroom on the landing. A connecting room for 2 young children with 2 separate beds, an additional sink in the room.

Bedroom IV with 2 single beds put toegether, shower room with toilet included. This room can also communicate with bedroom III.

This bedroom has access to a small terrace with a view furnished with table and chairs and a magnificent view over the Luberon, bedroom V also has access to this terrace.

Bedroom V, master, with a king size bed, complete bathroom and toilet included.

Outside you can enjoy the 10 x 5 m swimming pool (depth 0.80 to 2 m), secured by a shutter and heated to 26 °, treated with UV treatment. The summer kitchen under an awning with small sink and refrigerator will be your favorite place for a meal with family or friends.

A gas BBQ is available.

At the end of an alley embellished with shrubs and essences of Provence is the bowling alley equipped with lighting for the evening.

Down by the pool* there is the Tennis court, surrounded by holm oaks, balls and rackets are available.

All bedrooms have AC as well as the dining area and the living room.

At your disposal: WIFI, baby equipment: 2 high chairs, cot, folding table travel chair, a change mattress and a bathtub.

* Swimming-pools are usually « open » from May to October, and some of them can be heated with an additional charge. Outside this period, pools are closed. Nevertheless, opening and heating remain possible on special request with an extra cost.
