For a relaxing holiday in Provence, this recent house near the ochres of Roussillon just 20 minutes walk from the village.

The house is located on a plot of 3400 m² in a rural area and particularly quiet.

This very easy-going and extremely bright home consists of a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large living room, a dining room with mezzanine.

Four rooms welcome you including 3 double rooms with bed 160 x 200 and a double room with 2 beds 90 x 200 which can be separated. Two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, 1 sink and toilet and the other two bedrooms have a bathroom also in common.

The openings offer easy access to the garden and pool*.

The pool of about 8 x 4 meters is completed with a large awning, it is secured by a shutter.

Several relaxation areas are at your disposal to perfect your summer evenings in Provence.

The house has full air conditionning in all bedrooms and living areas.

* Swimming-pools are usually « open » from May to October, and some of them can be heated with an additional charge. Outside this period, pools are closed. Nevertheless, opening and heating remain possible on special request with an extra cost.
