The house has an entrance hall with toilet, a TV lounge with 3D screen system and blue ray, DVD player, library and video library, a kitchen living with Falcon piano pro, grill, four ring gas hob, extractor hood, Siemens dishwasher, fridge / freezer with dual trays drawers, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso (capsules are not provided), coffee maker.

Each of the four bedrooms have a bathroom / wc or shower wc en suite.

They are arranged on either side of the living areas of the house, allowing total privacy for each and enjoy to be around the swimming pool.

On the garden level, bedroom I with a queen size bed and its bathroom / toilet and bedroom II with 2 single beds and its shower toom /toilet.

On the first floor, there is a sitting room with fire place and a TV area , as well as bedroom III comprising 2 single beds with its shower room / toilet, and bedroom IV with a queen size bed and its shower room /toilet.

The swimming pool, of a good size, 17.5 x 4 meters, is heated by heat pump and secured by a shutter.

Garden of 1.5 hectares with a beautiful olive groves and lavender. Weber Gas Grill + BBQ hard.
