This summer rental in Luberon is a superbly restored provençal old farmhouse with a guest house and a swimming pool.

This very beautiful property, with traditional Provencal charm, lined with dry stone walls, is located near a picturesque village with local shops, in a peaceful residential area. The farmhouse, which is over 400 m² of living space, consists in a main building, facing South, with a very nice summer living room an one side, five bedrooms with their private bath or shower rooms, each with air conditioning.

The new house which is about 200 m², situated at the back of the farmhouse, nicely fits within this magnificent property. It comprises three bedrooms with their private bath or shower rooms and air conditioning.

The free shape heated swimming pool*, about 12,5 x 4 to 6 meters, is located in the front of the farmhouse, surrounded with a nice paved area and secured with an alarm (immersion type).

The pool house comprises an indoor shower, sink, wc, a small fridge, solid barbecue. The garden, over one hectare, nicely landscaped and very well kept, is planted with lawn, centuries old plane trees, olive trees, cypresses, pine trees, palm trees, fruit trees and other various provencal species, decorated with small stone stairs, statues...

The garden is also equiped with numerous pieces of garden furniture: teak garden set, deck chairs, parasols, an automatic watering, a water drilling and a secured well.

* Swimming-pools are usually « open » from May to October, and some of them can be heated with an additional charge. Outside this period, pools are closed. Nevertheless, opening and heating remain possible on special request with an extra cost.
