In Provence, the Nougat Boyer from the Pays de Sault is famous worldwide .

In Sault,  home of André Boyer, the nougat has been prepared from father to son since 1887, carefully elaborated in cauldrons confectionery, sweets, gourmet preparations to meet the finest palate with old traditional ingredients often forgotten.

Black and white nougat, almond macaroons de Provence, calissons and marshmallows ... the best of the confectionnery André Boyer, with authentic taste and scents of honey, caramel and roasted almonds.

Founded by the great-great -grandfather Ernest Boyer in 1887 , successively directed by Léonce and Jean and Andrè, the house BOYER is traditionally attached to its local craftsmen and still works to satisfy its clients.
